You can find Nikesha everywhere at Rhema. When she is not helping at the front desk or filling in as medical assistant, she can be found working hard to make sure the office runs smoothly. From managing Human Resources, office inventory, and scheduling, to assisting Dr. D with community outreach, Nikesha has her hands in a little of it all.

Nikesha and her husband are the proud and loving parents of four young men. She is a graduate of Lafayette High School and Genesis Healthcare, where she earned her certification as a Medical Assistant. She currently is enrolled in the Ultimate Medical Academy where she is working towards an associate degree in Healthcare Management.

Nikesha has always had a passion for people and enjoyed caring for others and says, “When I walked into Rhema, I felt the love in the building. Dr. Maxwell genuinely cares for her patients. I can truly say that the word of God is in this building, and I love it here!”
