Late, Missed, or Canceled Appointments

To provide quality care and give each patient adequate time with the Dr. we ask that patients arrive 15 minutes early for their scheduled appointment.

If you cannot be on time for your appointment, please call the office at (334) 226-1915 to reschedule.

• Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule.

• Appointment cancellation requires 24-hour advance notice by calling the office. Failure to cancel an appointment may result in a “no show” fee of $75. 

• Patients that are repeatedly late or miss scheduled appointments will be placed on a walk-in only list and will lose the ability to schedule appointments ahead of time.
